Since May, the vibration acceleration value of the motor drive end has shown an obvious growth trend, with the highest value reaching 25.6m/s2, and the acceleration amplitude of the non-drive end has a stable trend, with an average value of 8.9m/s2. The analysis of the acceleration spectrum of the motor drive end shows that the acceleration of the machine is rich in high-frequency energy, and there is irregular impact in the time domain waveform, which is a poor performance of bearing lubrication. The on-site intelligent diagnosis algorithm automatically issues a diagnosis report and gives suggestions: timely add appropriate amount of grease to the motor drive end and push it to relevant on-site personnel.
