With the advent of the era of industrial 4.0, the development of intelligent factories and intelligent manufacturing industry has become the consensus of all countries, and it is also an indispensable part of the great development of China's manufacturing industry. In February 2022, seven ministries and commissions issued a document, striving to break through more than 50 kinds of intelligent testing equipment, core components and software by 2025. It is inevitable to promote the development of intelligent inspection and detection technology higher and faster.

Perfect intelligent detection can combine customer needs with the results from sampling, pre-processing, analysis and testing, data processing and comprehensive evaluation, so as to enhance the visibility and insight of the previously isolated detection information to a new level, realize predictive maintenance, self-optimization process improvement, and improve efficiency and customer response ability.
Some inspection devices are equipped with automated systems of cameras that perform surface inspections, however, these systems are not intended to perform comprehensive quality inspections, especially for manufacturers that produce small, delicate products, such as passive components such as resistors, inductors and capacitors for electronic circuits. Strictly speaking, this is not a complete intelligent detection.
A perfect intelligent inspection and detection system must include AI vision system, AI deep learning system and AI edge computing system.
